WHO WE ARE

The Outdoor Recreation Student Society (ORSS) is a non-profit organization by the Outdoor Recreation, Parks, & Tourism (ORPT) students at Lakehead University which is located on the traditional territory of Fort William First Nation, signatory to the Robinson-Superior Treaty of 1850.

ORSS is operated by a group of volunteer students. They are officers, year representatives, and committe members:

Year Representatives are responsible for communicating messages from their years with ORSS, and voting on the board. They are encouraged to assist officers and committees where interested, and help get students involved! Anyone can be a year rep. Want to become a year rep? Contact us orsslu@gmail.com!

ORSS meetings are open to all who wish to attend, and take place in the Nest (SN).

1. Access mycourselink (D2L)

2. On your home page on the right side, under "support" there will be a tab that says "Self-Registration, Academic Support and Training"

3. Select "Outdoor Recreation Student's Society"
